Jessica translates technical evidence, platform policy, and trusted escalation channels into faster, more consistent enforcement against phishing, impersonation, fraud, and other adversarial campaigns.

Before joining Doppel, Jessica led risk-detection and prevention investigations at TikTok and managed high-priority Trust & Safety escalations at Meta, partnering across Policy, Legal, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Communications to resolve sensitive, complex incidents. Earlier in her career, she served as an intelligence analyst and reporter at the National Security Agency and as a U.S. Navy cryptologic linguist, producing intelligence for senior government and law-enforcement stakeholders.

Her work centers on connecting threat intelligence, platform policy, and provider action. By turning one-off escalations into durable partnerships, repeatable playbooks, and scalable enforcement pathways, Jessica helps dismantle malicious infrastructure while feeding real-world outcomes back into Doppel’s detection systems, evaluations, and AI agents so each expert decision strengthens the platform’s response to the next attack.
