Beth partners across Applied Cyber, Product, and Engineering to translate provider requirements, policy frameworks, and enforcement outcomes into scalable workflows and more effective AI-driven threat-disruption capabilities.

Beth brings nearly 20 years of domestic and international technology, internet governance, and privacy policy experience to Doppel. Before joining the company, she served as Senior Director of Policy and Privacy at Public Interest Registry, operator of the .ORG top-level domain. She is a recognized expert in internet governance and most recently served as Chair of ICANN’s Registries Stakeholder Group, where she worked across the industry to shape policies and requirements affecting registries, registrars, and other DNS infrastructure providers.

Her work sits at the intersection of internet policy, infrastructure governance, cybersecurity, and frontier AI. Beth helps ensure Doppel’s AI systems reason beyond technical indicators by incorporating provider policies, regulatory requirements, enforcement standards, and the broader context surrounding abuse. She translates this nuanced expert judgment into structured guidance, evaluation criteria, and feedback loops that help Doppel make more accurate, defensible, and effective threat-disruption decisions at scale.

Beth is known for building coalitions across industry, government, and nonprofit organizations to establish policies and best practices that support a secure, resilient, and interconnected DNS. At Doppel, she is advancing how emerging technologies—including AI—can help infrastructure providers identify malicious activity, prioritize abuse reports, and respond more effectively while respecting privacy, due process, and the operational realities of the global internet ecosystem.

Beth holds CIPP/E and CIPM certifications and remains active across internet governance, privacy, and cybersecurity policy forums.
