Tom builds relationships across the global internet infrastructure community and works directly with providers to accelerate the removal of malicious content. He translates provider policies, enforcement decisions, and operational feedback into repeatable playbooks and structured intelligence that strengthen Doppel’s takedown capabilities and AI systems.

Before joining Doppel, Tom built and led global Trust & Safety teams at Register.com, Web.com—now Newfold Digital—and Cloudflare. He oversaw phishing, intellectual-property abuse, CSAM, email and hosting abuse, ICANN registrar compliance, executive escalations, fraud prevention, and account recovery while balancing platform integrity, customer protection, and privacy.

Tom is a subject-matter expert in account-takeover recovery and domain hijacking. His work sits at the intersection of technical evidence, provider policy, and enforcement strategy. By turning expert escalation judgment into scalable workflows and evaluation criteria, he helps Doppel’s AI agents reason more effectively about abuse, identify the appropriate intervention path, and improve enforcement outcomes across providers.
