Before joining Doppel, Sofia led technical implementation, enablement, and strategic program delivery across commercial and public-sector organizations. She translated complex technical and mission requirements into platform configurations, operational workflows, and scalable programs while aligning technical teams, customers, partners, and senior stakeholders.

Her work centers on building and scaling a high-performing detection function: developing practitioners and leaders, owning its operating model, priorities, and quality standards, and creating feedback loops that turn frontline expertise, emerging threats, and customer needs into scalable product capabilities, stronger automated decisions, and measurable operational impact.
