Shelby partners with Product and Engineering to translate human-led offensive tradecraft into scalable scenarios, evaluation standards, and AI-driven capabilities that reflect how real adversaries establish trust and influence their targets.
Before joining Doppel, Shelby was an Operational Team Lead and Human Risk Analyst at a specialized social engineering consultancy. As a Certified Ethical Social Engineer, she led Human Risk Analysts and managed phishing, vishing, smishing, and physical security assessments. Throughout her career, she has personally conducted more than 29,000 professional human-to-human vishing calls.
Her work focuses on turning practitioner judgment into scalable systems. By identifying the language, behavioral cues, and decision points that make social engineering effective, Shelby helps Doppel evaluate the realism and effectiveness of its simulations and train AI systems to model adversary behavior with greater precision.
