Mike Ferrari is Chief Revenue Officer at Doppel, where he leads the company’s global revenue organization and go-to-market strategy. Since joining, Mike has helped drive Doppel’s rapid growth, including 3x year-over-year ARR growth and a 5x increase in its Fortune 500 customer base. Prior to Doppel, Mike served as Senior Vice President of Sales for North America at BigID, where he led the company’s enterprise sales organization across the region. He also held leadership and senior sales positions at Tanium and Apptio, building and scaling high-performing go-to-market teams and developing strategic relationships with some of the world’s largest enterprises. Mike brings three decades of experience scaling enterprise technology businesses, with deep expertise in cybersecurity, enterprise software, and building global revenue organizations through periods of high growth. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Leadership from the University of San Diego.

Bobby Ford is the Chief Strategy Officer at Doppel, where he brings a CISO’s perspective to the company’s go-to-market strategy. After years leading security programs inside global enterprises, Bobby now helps shape how Doppel builds, positions, and brings its technology to market. His role spans marketing, sales, research and development, and product roadmap. Bobby has played a central role in building Doppel’s credibility with security leaders and guiding the company’s move into the enterprise market. He brings customers together as a community whose experiences inform Doppel’s strategy and developed and leads an advisor program that connects the company with experienced industry voices. He also works with industry analysts to help define social engineering defense as a category and articulate its role in enterprise security. Prior to Doppel, Bobby served as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Security Officer at HPE, Global CISO at Unilever, and the first CISO at Exelis and Abbott Labs. He holds a bachelor’s degree from George Mason University.

Alyssa Smrekar is the Chief Marketing Officer at Doppel, where she leads the company’s global marketing organization across brand, product marketing, and demand generation. Since joining Doppel, Alyssa has built and scaled the marketing team while expanding the company’s presence through major industry events, high-profile brand partnerships, and high-visibility advertising campaigns. Prior to Doppel, Alyssa served as VP of Brand Marketing and Interim CMO at dbt Labs. Before that, she held marketing leadership roles at Intercom and spent nearly nine years at Okta, advancing through a series of roles and ultimately serving as VP of Corporate Marketing, where she led global web, advertising, customer marketing, and corporate events. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Mass Communications from the University of California, Berkeley.

Alex Hu is the Senior Vice President of Finance at Doppel, where he leads accounting, FP&A, strategic finance, tax, treasury, and investor relations. Prior to Doppel, Alex held senior finance leadership roles at BigID and Dataiku, helping both companies scale through periods of rapid growth and supporting more than $1 billion in financing. Earlier in his career, Alex was a senior equity research associate at Credit Suisse, where he covered enterprise software and supported more than 10 software IPOs. He holds a Master of Science in Finance from Washington University in St. Louis, a Master of Science in Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Natasha Mohanty is the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Doppel, where she leads the company’s global engineering organization. She brings more than two decades of experience building and scaling technology products and teams, most recently leading Stripe’s Optimized Checkout Suite and Link, where she grew the organization from 30 to 200 engineers and helped scale Link to more than 100 million consumers. Previously, Natasha served as Vice President of Engineering at Nielsen following its acquisition of Prizma.ai, the company she co-founded and led as CTO. Earlier in her career, she spent more than seven years at Google. Natasha holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Mount Holyoke College.

Ofir Ronen is the Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Doppel, where he leads the company’s global customer organization and is focused on accelerating adoption, value realization, and long-term customer outcomes. He brings more than two decades of technology and cybersecurity leadership experience, most recently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Vectra AI. Prior to Vectra AI, Ofir spent nearly 15 years at Varonis Systems, ultimately serving as Chief Customer Officer after holding leadership roles across customer success, professional services, and support. Earlier in his career, he led IT and infrastructure at investment banking firm Oscar Gruss. Ofir holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University.

Trevor Barrett is the VP of Revenue Operations at Doppel, where he leads the systems, processes, planning, and analytics that support the company’s global go-to-market organization. Since joining Doppel in 2024, Trevor has built and scaled the Revenue Operations function, overseeing areas including forecasting, annual planning, territory and quota design, GTM systems, deal desk, and reporting. Prior to Doppel, Trevor spent more than three years at BigID, most recently as Senior Director of Global Business Operations, where he led GTM operations, planning, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. Earlier in his career, he held operations and analytics roles at Veeam, CrowdStrike, Alteryx, Parker Aerospace, and Telogis. Trevor holds an MBA from UC Irvine and a bachelor’s degree in International Studies from UC San Diego.

Rhiley Walsh is Head of Legal and Corporate Secretary, Senior Director at Doppel, where she leads the company’s legal function across commercial, corporate, product, privacy, employment, compliance, litigation and legal operations. As Doppel’s first in-house attorney, Rhiley built the legal function from the ground up, developing the team and infrastructure needed to support the company’s rapid growth. Prior to Doppel, Rhiley advised high-growth technology companies at different stages of development and began her career practicing corporate law at Morgan Lewis and Weil. Throughout her career, Rhiley has maintained a longstanding commitment to pro bono work and community service. She holds a J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. 

Rosa Andrews is Head of People, Director at Doppel, where she leads the company’s People strategy and operations across hiring, performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. Since joining Doppel in 2025, Rosa has scaled the People function through 3x company growth, building the team, systems, and infrastructure needed to support more than 300 employees across the U.S. and internationally. Rosa has held HR leadership roles across early-stage startups and large global organizations, including Salesforce and Baker McKenzie, a top-10 global law firm. Throughout her career, she has designed and scaled People programs that evolve with the needs of the business. Drawing on her own experience as a military spouse, Rosa also mentors military spouses and veterans as they navigate civilian career transitions. She holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Loyola University Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
