At Doppel, we believe flexibility fuels great work. While most of our team works fully remote, our engineers tap into the best of both worlds - remote focus time and three days of in-person collaboration in our New York or San Francisco offices.
I’ve been at Doppel for just over two years, and I feel lucky to dig into tough technical problems every single day. The systems we build have to scale, adapt quickly, and stay ahead of constantly evolving threats, which makes the work both challenging and exciting. The pace is fast but the focus is always on impact, and I love that our mission of making the internet safer is at the heart of everything we do. The team is incredibly talented, and it’s inspiring to solve complex problems alongside such bright, dedicated people. On a personal level, I’ve had the chance to grow quickly, starting as a founding engineer, stepping into a Tech Lead Manager role, and now serving as an Engineering Manager. Leadership has consistently valued my perspective and given me the space to develop as a leader in my own right.
