Before joining Doppel, Mark was a Human Data Manager at xAI, where he led and scaled human data programs supporting AI model development. He previously led data labeling operations at Phantom AI and spent nearly seven years at Tesla, including leading Autopilot data annotation teams supporting computer vision and perception systems.

His work centers on making expert judgment scalable: building labeling and evaluation systems, establishing quality and calibration processes, automating repetitive workflows, and creating feedback loops that turn production misses, difficult cases, and emerging edge cases into better ground truth and stronger AI-driven defenses.
