1. Sponsor: The SecureWorld Webinar Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Doppel Inc. at 440 North Barranca Avenue, Suite 5110, Covina, CA 91723 (“Sponsor”). SecureWorld hosts the webinar but is not a sponsor or administrator of the Sweepstakes and is not responsible for the administration of the Sweepstakes or the awarding of prizes. SecureWorld does not sponsor or endorse the Sweepstakes.

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older and, at the time of entry, are employed in a professional role whose primary job responsibilities are in cybersecurity, information security, or information technology. Eligibility is based on the entrant’s job responsibilities, not simply the industry or company they work for. Individuals whose primary responsibilities are in sales, marketing, business development, recruiting, or other non-security/non-IT functions are not eligible. Sponsor may require reasonable verification of job function before awarding a prize. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Doppel, SecureWorld, and any agencies directly involved in the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and members of their households, are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 p.m. ET on August 21, 2026 and ends on September 1, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible individual must (1) register for the September 1, 2026 SecureWorld webinar and (2) attend the webinar live using the same email address used to register. Registration alone does not constitute an entry. To qualify as having attended the webinar live, the entrant must join the live webinar and appear in the webinar platform’s attendee records. No separate Sweepstakes entry form is required. Limit one (1) entry per person.

5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value: Ten (10) prizes will be awarded. Each winner will receive one (1) limited-edition Doppel giveaway kit consisting of a printed copy of The Human Risk Management Blueprint, a Seestar S30 30mm f/5 All-in-One Smart Telescope, a YETI Rambler 18oz bottle, a Doppel dad hat and an assortment of Doppel stickers. The aggregate approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes are $404.50. Limit one (1) prize per person. Sponsor will ship each prize at no cost to the winner to an eligible U.S. shipping address. No cash alternative.

6. Winner Selection and Odds: Within one (1) business day following the conclusion of the webinar, Sponsor will randomly select ten (10) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification: Potential winners will be notified at the email address used to register for the webinar. Each potential winner will have three (3) business days to respond, provide a valid shipping address, and provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify eligibility. If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who Sponsor determines has violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, or acted in a fraudulent, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes and the interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor will not be responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries or communications, or other errors that may affect the administration of the Sweepstakes.

10. Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize.

11. Privacy: Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy. Sponsor may receive registration and attendance information from SecureWorld for purposes of administering the Sweepstakes and verifying eligibility.

12. Governing Law: These Official Rules and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York.
