1. Sponsor: The 49ers/Giants Webinar Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Doppel Inc. at 440 North Barranca Avenue, Suite 5110, Covina, CA 91723 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older and, at the time of entry, are employed in a professional role whose primary job responsibilities are in cybersecurity, information security, or information technology. Eligibility is based on the entrant’s job responsibilities, not simply the industry or company they work for. Individuals whose primary responsibilities are in sales, marketing, business development, recruiting, or other non-security/non-IT functions are not eligible. Sponsor may require reasonable verification of job function before awarding a prize. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor, as well as their immediate family members and members of their household are not eligible to enter or win. The Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law..

3. Entry period: The Sweepstakes begins on August 19, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. ET and ends on August 25, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. ET (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

4. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible individual must complete all of the following requirements:

   (1) like the designated Doppel Sweepstakes post on LinkedIn;

   (2) comment on the post and tag a fellow security or IT professional;

   (3) include #DoppelSweepstakes in the comment; and

   (4) attend the August 25, 2026 webinar live.

   Registration for the webinar alone does not constitute an entry. Limit one (1) entry per person.

5. Prize: Five (5) prizes will be awarded. Each winner will receive one (1) $250 Mastercard gift card intended to cover the purchase and shipping cost of a standard Home or Away football jersey available through NFLShop.com. The gift card may not cover the full purchase and shipping cost of limited-edition, alternate, or other premium jerseys, and any amount exceeding the $250 gift card value is the sole responsibility of the winner. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $250. The aggregate ARV of all five (5) prizes is $1,250. Limit one (1) prize per person.

6. Winner Selection and Odds: After the conclusion of the webinar, Sponsor will randomly select five (5) potential winners from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification and Verification: Potential winners will be notified using the contact information associated with their webinar registration. Each potential winner will have three (3) business days to respond and provide any information reasonably requested by Sponsor to verify eligibility. If a potential winner does not respond within three (3) business days, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.

8. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who Sponsor determines has violated these Official Rules, tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, or acted in a fraudulent, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes and the interpretation of these Official Rules are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, by participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor will not be responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries or communications, or other errors that may affect the administration of the Sweepstakes.

10. Taxes: Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize.

11. Privacy: Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and otherwise handled in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable privacy policy.

12. Governing Law: These Official Rules and any disputes arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York, New York.
