Workplace Experience Partner (In-Office, Part-Time)
The Role
We’re looking for an Office Manager who loves creating a welcoming, well-run workspace and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This role is central to maintaining a positive in-office experience for our New York team while supporting broader company events and facilities needs.
You’ll handle a mix of office operations, vendor coordination, events support, and administrative work. Think of this role as part workplace host, part operations coordinator, part “make things run better” problem solver.
If you enjoy staying organized, jumping between tasks, and creating an environment where people can do their best work, you’ll be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
-
Serve as the main point of contact for our New York office and keep the workspace organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
-
Manage vendors, deliveries, building access, maintenance requests, and general facilities needs.
-
Oversee inventory for snacks, supplies, and equipment, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and vendor accountability.
-
Partner with IT and Workplace teams so employees have the tools and setups they need.
-
Coordinate office events, companywide gatherings, offsites, and cultural moments.
-
Manage logistics such as catering, supplies, vendor quotes, and event communications.
-
Support onboarding and offboarding for New York-based employees, including desk setup and workspace readiness.
-
Maintain records for vendors, subscriptions, and facilities processes.
-
Assist the People Operations team with special projects, documentation, and operational improvements.
What We’re Looking For
-
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
-
Clear, friendly communication and a helpful, service-oriented approach.
-
Comfort handling confidential information and working independently.
-
Ability to prioritize across multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment.
-
Experience in office management, facilities coordination, workplace operations, or administrative support.
-
Proven experience managing vendors, budgets, and recurring operational workflows.
-
Event planning or event-support experience across logistics and execution.
-
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack.
Why Join Doppel
-
Hourly rate of $35 per hour.
-
Meaningful impact on the in-office experience at a fast-growing, people-first company.
-
A collaborative team that values initiative, ownership, and thoughtful operations.
-
As a part-time role, this position is not eligible for full-time benefits except as required by law.
