Sr. Motion Designer

We are looking for a Senior Motion Designer to bring the Doppel brand to life through motion, video, and visual storytelling. In this position, you will create engaging short-form video, product animations, and motion graphics that help communicate Doppel’s value across marketing, social media, and product storytelling.

What you’ll do

• Create 2D and 3D motion graphics and animations that communicate Doppel’s product, brand, and value across marketing channels
• Design motion for product demos and product UI, helping illustrate key workflows and features in a clear and compelling way
• Film and edit short-form social video for channels like LinkedIn, X, and other marketing platforms
• Concept, storyboard, and produce video content for campaigns, launches, and announcements
• Guide and collaborate with video production agencies on high-production shoots, including event videos, customer case studies, and brand content
• Partner closely with marketing, product marketing, design, and leadership to translate technical concepts into engaging visual stories
• Develop and maintain motion guidelines and systems that aligns with Doppel’s brand system
• Support events, product launches, and campaigns with high-quality video and motion assets

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, video production, or a related creative role
• Strong ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging motion and video storytelling
• Experience filming, editing, and producing short-form video content for social media
• A portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, product animations, and video production
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
• Skilled with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, and AI motion design tools
• A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving
