Sr. FP&A Analyst

The Role
We’re seeking a highly analytical Senior FP&A Analyst to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making across the business. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will play a critical part in building scalable financial models, delivering actionable insights, and supporting leadership with data-driven recommendations as we enter our next phase of growth. You’ll partner cross-functionally with teams across the company to translate business performance into financial outcomes, improve forecasting accuracy, and help shape our long-term financial strategy.
What You Will Do
- Support the development and maintenance of company-wide financial models, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Maintain accurate headcount data to support planning and reporting
- Assist in the monthly and quarterly forecasting process, including variance analysis against budget and prior forecasts
- Help build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track key financial and operational metrics
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, People) to align financial plans with business objectives
- Assist in preparing materials for executive leadership and board reporting, including financial narratives and KPI analysis
- Contribute to process improvements and help scale FP&A systems and tools, including exploring AI-enabled workflows to automate and enhance analysis
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related finance roles
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience supporting forecasts, budgets, and operating models in a high-growth environment
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Excel Copilot, or similar) to improve productivity, automate workflows, and enhance analysis
- Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and communicate effectively to stakeholders
Traits That Set You Apart

- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite) and HRIS platforms (e.g. Rippling)
- Experience supporting fundraising, board reporting, or strategic finance initiatives
- Exposure to building or implementing AI-driven workflows or automations in finance

Salary Range
$100,000—$125,000 USD
