Senior Field Marketing Manager - Central
The Role
At Doppel, we’re building the future of identity protection - and growing fast. To help us keep up the momentum, we’re looking for a creative, roll-up-your-sleeves Field Marketing Manager to own our marketing and field programs across Central states.
You’ll work closely with our Sales and Channel teams (and your fellow Marketers) to plan and run campaigns that generate high-quality pipeline. Think in-person events, virtual experiences, thoughtful direct mail, and smart partner co-marketing. You’ll also be the local champion for our brand, ensuring everything we do on the ground reflects our voice, our values, and our obsession with protecting customers.
We’re looking for someone equally strong at strategy and execution - someone who loves building relationships, making data-driven decisions, and juggling lots of moving parts. If you’re excited about creating memorable experiences and driving real results, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize regional field programs including seminars, trade shows, executive dinners, conferences, and industry associations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage pre- and post-event communications, drive attendance, and follow up on leads.
- Partner with resellers, service providers, and channel teams on joint campaigns that build awareness and drive demand.
- Own the West Coast field marketing budget, including purchase orders, vendor payments, and ROI tracking.
Keep our swag game strong (and strategic): design, source, and distribute memorable branded merch that lands in the right hands. - Track campaign and event performance, identify insights, and recommend ways to improve.
- Recommend regional events and speaking opportunities with real impact.
- Ensure all field programs align with broader marketing and demand generation goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5 years of experience in field marketing, ideally in B2B tech or SaaS.
- Proven track record running integrated campaigns across digital, in-person, and partner channels.
- Confidence in engaging with everyone from hands-on practitioners to C-level executives.
Strong organizational and project management skills - you can juggle multiple campaigns without dropping the ball. - High attention to detail and exceptional execution discipline.
- A bias for action and a willingness to ask for feedback early and often.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo (or the ability to learn quickly).
- Ability to travel 2–3 times per quarter.
- Bonus: experience in cybersecurity or threat intelligence.
Why Join Doppel
- Competitive base salary + bonus + meaningful equity.
- Health, dental, vision, 401(k), and generous parental leave.
- Unlimited PTO and a flexible, remote-first culture.
- Fast-growing company where your impact is immediate and visible.
- A culture that values creativity, accountability, and collaboration.
