The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Advocacy Manager to scale our customer advocacy program.  In this role, you’ll work closely with our most successful customers to tell their stories. You’ll be the bridge between our technical wins and our market presence, ensuring that the people who use Doppel every day are the ones leading the conversation on the future of security.

What You Will Do

Develop Authentic Customer Proof
Own the end-to-end production of our success stories. Whether it’s a detailed technical case study, a video testimonial, or a joint press release, you will ensure our customers’ achievements are captured in a way that is both professional and impactful.

Build Strategic Customer Partnerships
Identify our most impactful enterprise accounts and work closely with them to turn technical successes into shared industry wins. You’re not just managing a list; you’re building deep, collaborative relationships with security leaders, helping them elevate their own professional brands as they showcase the results they’ve achieved with Doppel.

Nurture Our Peer Review Presence
Manage our reputation on platforms like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights. You will be responsible for partnering with our community to share their public, verified feedback to help other security practitioners understand the real-world value of the Doppel platform.

Fuel Sales Momentum
Drive sales momentum by building and maintaining a high-velocity reference engine. By cultivating and supporting a pool of public-facing customer champions and managing reference calls end to end, you’ll help our Sales team provide prospects with the authentic validation they need to move forward with confidence.

Operate a Cross-Functional Advocacy Engine

You’ll partner with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to align on advocacy targets, asks, and timing without overburdening customers. You’ll keep the engine running with rigorous project management by maintaining target lists, status updates, and follow-ups to ensure every reference call and asset is delivered on time.

Lead the Strategic Speaker Series
Help our customers find their voice on the industry’s biggest stages (RSA, Black Hat, Gartner). You’ll handle the strategy and provide the narrative support to ensure they feel prepared and successful when representing their work and Doppel.

Cultivate Executive Summits & Thought Leadership
Create the environments where security leaders want to engage. This includes partnering with Doppel Executives on our Executive Advisory Board (EAB) and hosting high-touch Security Leadership Roundtables, and other exclusive forums designed for peer-to-peer networking and genuine industry thought leadership.


What We Are Looking For

  • 6–8+ years of experience in customer advocacy, customer marketing, or product marketing within a high-growth cybersecurity environment.
  • A Relationship Builder: You have a proven track record of navigating the internal hurdles (like PR and Legal) at Global 2000 organizations to help customers get their stories cleared for public use.
  • Executive Presence: You are comfortable engaging with CISOs and senior security leaders as a peer. You understand their world and know how to make them the star of the story.
  • Clear Storytelling: You can take a complex, technical security outcome and translate it into a narrative that resonates with both practitioners and C-suite leadership.
  • Operational Excellence: You are a builder who can create scalable processes in a fast-paced environment, balancing high-quality creative output with rigorous project management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: You partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and leadership to align on advocacy targets and asks, coordinating timing and expectations so customers stay excited and never feel overburdened.
