Senior Content Marketing Manager

RemoteMarketing

The Role

At Doppel, we focus on building a culture where people feel respected, supported, and trusted to do meaningful work. We value clarity, collaboration, and solving real problems for our customers and teammates.

We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager responsible for our content strategy and execution. In this position, you will build a robust content engine that drives organic traffic, enhances brand reputation, and effectively communicates our product value to a technical audience.

What You Will Do

  • Content Strategy & Management: Develop and manage a highly organized editorial calendar for the Doppel blog and our owned properties, ensuring timely publication of product and partner announcements, customer stories, thought leadership, company news, recruiting content and technical engineering content. You will be responsible for the full content lifecycle, from ideation to final publication and partnering across marketing and the business for promotion.
  • Threat Intelligence, Thought Leadership & Timely Content: Lead the organization and publication of technical threat intelligence content. You'll also work cross-functionally with our comms team to help write timely content focused on trending social engineering attacks and our unique perspective.
  • Integrated Campaign Content: Create compelling content to support our integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness and pipeline. Liaise with Product Marketing, Customer Advocacy and Demand Generation teams to deliver content that supports overall campaign goals.
  • Recruiting Content: Own the strategy and execution of our recruiting content to build our talent brand and attract candidates to Doppel. Work cross-functionally with our recruiting and eng teams to craft compelling content to represent Doppel’s company culture.
  • Social Media: Own the strategy of our social media presence on platforms like LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and Instagram, and own publication of content, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and business goals. Lead employee social media amplification efforts.
  • SEO & Growth: Drive organic and LLM traffic and improve keyword rankings by owning and implementing our content SEO, GEO and strategy.

Content Measurement & Optimization: Drive organic traffic and content engagement performance. You will track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, content engagement, and conversions to inform content strategy and demonstrate ROI.

  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, technical teams, executives and subject matter experts to gather insights and produce high-quality content.

What We Are Looking For

  • 7–10+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial strategy, or a related role, ideally within B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • Strong ability to build and execute a content strategy end-to-end—from ideation and editorial planning to writing, editing, and driving publication across channels.
  • Demonstrated expertise in producing technical and thought-leadership content, including threat intelligence, social engineering trends, engineering storytelling, and product-focused narratives.
  • Proven success driving organic growth through SEO and content optimization, with experience improving keyword rankings, organic traffic, and content engagement metrics.
  • Ability to lead integrated content efforts across marketing, partnering with product marketing, demand gen, customer advocacy, recruiting, comms, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, compelling content.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush), CMS platforms, analytics tools (e.g., GA4), and social media platforms, with the ability to measure and improve our SEO.
  • A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving, with a strong editorial instinct and a bias toward action.
