We are looking for a Program Manager, GTM Enablement to design and deliver impactful enablement programs that strengthen the performance of our go-to-market teams. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing to identify capability gaps and build scalable learning programs that improve competency, retention, execution, and results across the organization.
What You Will Do
- Design and build scalable enablement programs that accelerate the performance and effectiveness of Doppel’s go-to-market teams.
- Partner with leaders and subject matter experts across sales, customer success, partnerships, and marketing to identify skill gaps and enablement opportunities.
- Translate business needs into structured learning programs, including curriculum, learning paths, and enablement resources.
- Build and manage programs within the company’s learning management system (LMS), ensuring content is accessible, engaging, and easy to navigate.
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning best practices to create effective learning experiences.
- Manage enablement programs end-to-end, from needs assessment and program design through launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Track program engagement and effectiveness, using feedback and data to improve learning outcomes over time.
What We Are Looking For
- 5–7 years of experience in Sales or Technical Enablement
- Experience designing and delivering enablement programs that improve team performance.
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development skills.
- Experience owning and operating a learning management system (LMS).
- Strong program & project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- A thoughtful, curious, and resourceful approach to problem solving.
