The Role

As a BDR, you’ll play a key role in identifying high-quality opportunities through research and outreach, generating a strong pipeline, and ensuring only the most qualified leads move forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and qualify high-value prospects with a true hunter mindset.
  • Consistently meet or exceed meeting and pipeline generation quotas.
  • Communicate complex, technical solutions to sophisticated buyers.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and partner channels to ensure seamless handoffs and alignment

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 0–1 year of experience as a Sales or Business Development Representative, or relevant internship experience.
  • Strong collaboration skills, particularly in a distributed or remote sales environment.
    Ability to uncover customer pain points and connect solutions to business value.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    Driven, competitive, and team-oriented mindset.

The territory for this role is the West region of the United States. The salary range for this role is between $59,500 - $65,000 base & $85,000 - $95,000 OTE.
