Marketing Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to own the tools, data, and processes that power our marketing programs. You’ll be the day-to-day owner of HubSpot Marketing Hub, partnering closely with RevOps and Marketing to orchestrate campaigns, refine lifecycle and attribution, and ensure clean, actionable data flows between HubSpot and Salesforce. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of systems, strategy, and scale.
What You’ll Do

Own configuration, administration, and governance of HubSpot Marketing Hub — lifecycle stages, lead scoring, workflows, forms, landing pages, and email templates.

Optimize Doppel’s GTM stack across HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Clay, Salesloft, RevenueHero, and Google Analytics — ensuring clean data syncs, field mapping, and deduplication.

Build and track campaigns (email, webinars, paid, content syndication, nurture), define UTM standards, and connect spend → engagement → pipeline → revenue.

Create dynamic lists and audience segments for ICP, verticals, personas, lifecycle stage, and intent to power targeted marketing.

Standardize lead capture, enrichment, and routing through tools like ZoomInfo, Clay, and RevenueHero; monitor SLAs and conversion health.

Maintain database quality and compliance (CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR/CCPA) with clear data hygiene, normalization, and consent governance.

Report on funnel KPIs (MQL→SQL→SAO→Pipeline→Closed-Won), campaign ROI, and velocity; surface insights to improve performance.

Partner with Marketing to A/B test nurture and messaging, document playbooks, and enable teams.

Work hand-in-glove with RevOps and Sales leadership on lifecycle architecture, attribution models, and feedback loops.
What We’re Looking For

4–7+ years in Marketing or Growth Operations at a B2B SaaS company, with hands-on HubSpot ownership and Salesforce familiarity.

Deep experience building and maintaining campaign architecture, lead scoring, and multi-touch attribution.

Admin-level integration experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Clay, RevenueHero, and advertising or analytics platforms.

Strong data fundamentals: field schema design, deduplication, normalization, and consent/subscription management.

Proficient in reporting across HubSpot, Salesforce Campaigns, and Google Analytics; confident defining UTMs and connecting marketing metrics to pipeline.

Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills; able to translate GTM strategy into scalable systems.

Bonus: experience aligning marketing automation with Salesforce campaigns, activating intent data, supporting PLG motions, or using SQL for deeper analysis.
