IT Analyst

The Role

Doppel is hiring an experienced Onsite IT Analyst to support our San Francisco office and global remote workforce. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-obsessed, service-driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional IT experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for onsite employees and remote team members worldwide.
• Triage and resolve incoming tickets across hardware, software, and account-related issues.
• Maintain and support office technology including A/V systems, conference rooms, printers, and network equipment.
• Manage asset inventory and oversee the full lifecycle of devices (procurement → deployment → retirement).
• Support onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and access management.
• Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of hands-on IT support experience in fast-paced environments.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a best-in-class support experience.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a self-driven, proactive work style.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, customer-focused approach.
• Experience supporting MacOS devices and various SaaS business tools.
