You'll partner closely with our People Ops Manager, HRBPs, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and external providers to deliver accurate, responsive, and scalable support.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate country-specific employment agreements, benefits setup, statutory enrollments, local policies, and employee communications for international hiring and entity transitions.
  • Drive global Total Rewards programs across compensation, equity, and benefits.
  • Administer benefits enrollments, annual renewals, vendor relationships, and employee support.
  • Oversee visa sponsorships, permanent residency processes, work authorization tracking, and global mobility in partnership with outside immigration counsel.
  • Support day-to-day global People Operations, including employee changes, transfers, HRIS updates, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Manage employee leaves, accommodations, and workers’ compensation cases, coordinating documentation, pay, benefits, and employee support.
  • Build scalable People Operations infrastructure and workflows that improve service delivery.
  • Resolve operational challenges with the People Ops team and cross-functional partners to deliver a consistent, responsive employee experience across countries.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of progressive HR or People Operations experience, including hands-on ownership of the employee lifecycle operations across multiple countries.
  • Experience leading EOR arrangements, international hiring, and entity transitions, including coordination with local payroll, benefits, and employment advisors.
  • Experience supporting global People Operations within a rapidly scaling technology company, with the ability to build practical processes and operate effectively in ambiguity.
  • Hands-on experience with benefits administration, employee changes, HRIS records, and vendor management; strong attention to accuracy and follow-through.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience applying U.S. employment and labor laws, including leave, accommodations, and workers’ compensation. Experience with employment requirements in Canada, the UK, Japan, and the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) is a plus.
  • Experience partnering with immigration counsel on visa sponsorships, work authorization tracking, and global mobility processes.
  • Excellent judgment and discretion when handling confidential employee information, with the ability to recognize when to involve HRBPs, Legal, or outside specialists.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage time-sensitive cases, country launches, vendor dependencies, and day-to-day employee needs.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills and a service-minded approach to supporting employees, managers, contractors, and cross-functional partners.
