The role
We are looking for a Global Campaign Manager to own the campaign engine for Doppel’s AI-native security portfolio. In this position, you will architect and run integrated, multichannel programs that create market pull, equip Sales with momentum, and convert interest into qualified pipeline (not vanity leads). This is a builder role: plan, ship, learn, optimize, repeat.
What you’ll do
- Plan and orchestrate integrated demand generation campaigns: Build detailed multichannel programs with clear timelines, milestones, deliverables, and owners across functions.
- Drive cross‑functional execution: Partner with Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Field Marketing, Brand and Sales to keep narrative, creative, and handoffs aligned across every touchpoint.
- Run email and webinars: Own strategy and execution for lifecycle email and webinars for prospects and customers—from topic and list strategy to registration, production and follow‑up.
- Create the assets: Produce the bill of materials and partner across marketing to produce assets for each campaign (email sequences, webinar outlines, landing pages, nurture streams, SDR talk tracks).
- Design the journey: Orchestrate a consistent path from first touch to SDR handoff with explicit entry/exit criteria at each stage.
- Test and learn: Run structured experiments (audiences, offers, channels, creative) to lift conversion at every step of the funnel.
- Own the calendar: Maintain a global campaign calendar mapped to releases, field priorities, and partner activity.
- Measure and iterate: Ensure clean tracking, attribution, and timely follow‑ups with Marketing, RevOps, and Sales—report what’s working, fix what’s not, and scale the winners.
What you’ll bring
- Experience: 4 to 6 years in B2B marketing running integrated, multichannel campaigns at scale, ideally in technology or cybersecurity.
- AI fluency: Comfort using generative AI and lightweight agents to accelerate planning, content, targeting, and analysis.
- Operator mindset: Detail oriented, proactive, and adaptable as priorities evolve.
- Tool set: Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, and Outreach or comparable platforms.
- Craft and rigor: Strong project management, crisp copy instincts, and a data-driven approach to decision making.
