We are seeking to hire an Education Manager who will own the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of customer education programs. This role will partner with Customer Success and GTM teams to drive product adoption and achieve meaningful business outcomes to support the growth of Doppel’s organization. 

What You Will Do

• Own the strategy, design, delivery and iteration of customer education programs to a diverse and technical set of stakeholders including cyber security practitioners, marketing professionals, and legal teams. 
• Deliver impactful and scalable learning experiences across different formats, including virtual and in-person training
• Create and maintain customer enablement assets like slide decks, videos, exercises, certifications, FAQs, and more 
• Leverage AI and automation tools to increase efficiency and improve customer education and retention
• Define and track key education performance metrics to measure effectiveness of training
• Partner closely with CSMs and customers to understand business objectives and tailor training agendas for highest impact
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support and Solutions teams to improve customer outcomes and prioritize education needs
• Test product updates and new features, provide thoughtful feedback, and document new or updated workflows
• Help maintain internal knowledge bases and playbooks that evolve alongside product and GTM strategy
• Support the onboarding of new team members and ongoing internal change management initiatives

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience providing training and managing education programs, preferably at a SaaS or technology company
• Someone who can build structure where processes don’t exist yet
• Enthusiasm leveraging new tools and AI technologies
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, balancing technical depth with execution speed
• A thoughtful, curious, resourceful mindset, with a genuine interest in improving customer outcomes
• Familiarity with security tooling, cloud environments, or detection platforms is helpful but not required
