The Role
Doppel is looking for a Director of Sales Operations, North America to serve as the operating partner to our North American Sales organization. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence across pipeline management, forecasting, planning, tooling, and analytics—ensuring our sales leaders and reps have the insights, systems, and processes they need to scale effectively.
You will work closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, and Systems teams to translate strategy into execution, bring rigor to forecasting and planning, and continuously improve how we run the business.
This is a highly visible role with significant influence over how we operate and grow.
What You’ll Do
Sales Execution & Forecasting
- Own pipeline and forecast management for the North American Sales organization, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and transparency.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to deliver clear, data-driven insights on pipeline health, deal risk, attainment, and trends.
- Develop and maintain forecasting methodologies, inspection cadences, and performance analytics. Enforce MEDDPICC completion and hygiene.
- Prepare executive-ready reporting for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
Planning & Strategy
- Lead the annual and quarterly sales planning cycles, including territory design, capacity modeling, quota setting, and coverage analysis.
- Partner with Finance and Revenue Leadership on targets, headcount planning, and go-to-market assumptions.
- Support long-range planning and scenario modeling as the business scales.
Systems & Tools (Clari & Salesforce)
- Own administration and ongoing optimization of Clari, including forecast rollups, dashboards, workflows, and user adoption.
- Serve as a power user of Salesforce for the Sales organization. Experience with DealHub (CPQ), ZoomInfo, and Outreach strongly preferred.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support frontline managers, sales leadership, and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure tools and processes are aligned with how the sales team actually sells.
Data Quality & Process Excellence
- Reinforce strong CRM hygiene and disciplined sales processes across the North American Sales team.
- Define, document, and continuously improve core sales processes (pipeline management, forecasting, deal inspection, etc.).
- Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in sales operations and proactively implement solutions.
Partnership & Enablement
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales Leaders, helping them run their business more effectively through data and process.
- Enable frontline managers with insights, dashboards, and frameworks that improve coaching and decision-making.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Systems teams to ensure alignment across the revenue lifecycle.
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related roles, with significant experience supporting a North American sales organization.
- Proven experience owning forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analytics in a high-growth B2B environment.
- Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data models) and Clari administration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
- Experience leading annual planning processes, including territory design and quota setting.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable partnering with senior sales leadership.
- Bias toward action, continuous improvement, and operational rigor.
- Experience in SaaS or high-growth technology companies preferred.

Salary Range
$185,000—$215,000 USD
