Director, Product Marketing
The Role

We’re seeking an experienced and strategic Sr. Director of Product Marketing to lead Doppel’s Product Marketing function. In this high-impact role, you’ll define and communicate our unique value in the market, drive world-class go-to-market strategy, and empower Sales and Customer Success with the positioning, content, and insights they need to win.
You’ll combine deep product marketing craft with category-defining storytelling — translating technical innovation into clear, compelling narratives that shape the future of cybersecurity. This role reports to the SVP of Marketing and will be a key partner to Product, Sales, and Customer Success leadership.
What You’ll Do

Define the story: Own Doppel’s messaging, positioning, and competitive differentiation for our AI-native Social Engineering Defense platform. Ensure clarity, consistency, and impact across all channels.

Lead GTM strategy: Drive end-to-end go-to-market planning for new products, features, and solutions — from strategy to launch to adoption.

Enable the field: Develop and deliver enablement content for Sales and Customer Success — including pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, case studies, and ROI tools. Partner with the Enablement Lead to bring content to life in the field.

Shape content and campaigns: Collaborate with Brand and Demand Generation teams to ensure every piece of product content is technically accurate, on-message, and aligned with Doppel’s voice.

Deliver market insights: Conduct market and competitive research to guide product strategy, refine positioning, and identify opportunities in the evolving Social Engineering Defense category.

Be the connective tissue: Partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to translate product capabilities into customer value and maintain a continuous feedback loop.

Own pricing and packaging: Develop and evolve product pricing and packaging strategies aligned with market dynamics and business goals.

Build and lead the team: Hire, coach, and inspire a growing team of Product Marketing Managers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Measure impact: Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of launches, messaging, and enablement initiatives.
What We’re Looking For

12+ years in Product Marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity.

Proven success leading complex go-to-market strategies and major product launches.

Deep understanding of product marketing best practices — positioning, messaging, enablement, and competitive intelligence.

Exceptional written and verbal communicator; able to simplify technical concepts and craft compelling, differentiated stories.

Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and develop high-performing teams.

Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to guide strategy and measure impact.

Highly collaborative and skilled at working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
