We are looking for a Customer Success Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of our strategic and enterprise customer relationships. In this role, you will partner closely with customers to drive successful onboarding, adoption, and ongoing technical outcomes, ensuring they achieve full detection coverage and maximum value from Doppel’s Threat Graph.


What You Will Do

Customer Engagement and Technical Leadership

  • Serve as the primary technical expert for top, strategic, and enterprise customers, developing a deep understanding of their business goals, security requirements, and operational workflows
  • Lead technical onboarding, product demonstrations, architecture discussions, and ongoing enablement tailored to each customer’s environment
  • Translate customer needs into effective technical solutions using the Doppel Threat Graph, ensuring deployments deliver critical detection and threat intelligence outcomes
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor by proactively identifying gaps in threat coverage or product usage and recommending solutions aligned to customer risk profiles

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to communicate customer technical requirements, use cases, and prioritization feedback

  • Ensure new features, detection logic, APIs, and integrations meet customer expectations and contractual requirements
  • Collaborate with Support and Implementation Services to resolve complex technical issues and deliver a seamless enterprise customer experience

Operational Excellence and Outcomes Delivery

  • Monitor customer adoption, usage patterns, and detection performance to ensure customers are capturing full value and not missing critical detections
  • Proactively identify technical barriers to success and lead resolution planning with internal teams and customer technical stakeholders
  • Produce detailed technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and best practice guides to improve customer maturity and reduce friction

Communication and Advocacy

  • Participate in customer business reviews, including QBRs and EBRs, highlighting technical successes and outcomes
  • Represent the customer voice internally and influence product strategy and roadmap decisions with deep contextual insights
  • Act as a technical spokesperson for Doppel when engaging with customers and partners

What We Are Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management
  • Demonstrated experience working with enterprise customers and delivering complex technical solutions
  • Strong understanding of security telemetry with an emphasis on social engineering, SIEM/XDR platforms, threat intelligence workflows, detection logic, APIs, and integration patterns
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive resolution across distributed internal teams
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to balance business priorities and technical depth while driving outcomes
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with product, engineering, support, and leadership teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical audiences
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience at a cybersecurity product company, particularly enterprise SaaS
  • Familiarity with threat detection engineering, security orchestration, or threat intelligence platforms
  • Experience working with product and engineering teams on feature delivery and roadmap influence
