The Role

The Business Value Analyst will play a critical role in Doppel’s enterprise sales motion, partnering directly with Account Executives, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and the CRO to build ROI models, financial justifications, and business cases that help customers understand the measurable outcomes Doppel delivers.

This role is ideal for someone who loves combining analytical rigor with storytelling, and who thrives in high-impact, customer-facing work.


What You’ll Do

Business Value & Deal Support

  • Build customized ROI models, cost-benefit analyses, and executive-ready business cases for strategic enterprise opportunities.
  • Partner with AEs and SEs to understand customer challenges, quantify impacts, and articulate the financial and operational value of Doppel’s solutions.
  • Support late-stage deal cycles by preparing “Why Now / Why Doppel” financial narratives for C-level decision-makers.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Doppel’s product capabilities, competitive differentiators, and customer outcomes.

Data & Analysis

  • Analyze customer data, threat trends, and operational metrics to isolate measurable value drivers.
  • Standardize frameworks, benchmarks, and value metrics to ensure consistency across customer engagements.
  • Work with Product, CS, and Marketing to refine value hypotheses and keep assumptions grounded in real customer impact.

Sales Enablement & Scaling the Function

  • Build and maintain value-selling tools, templates, and calculators to enable the broader GTM team.
  • Deliver training and workshops to AEs and SEs on how to incorporate value selling into their motions.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to contribute to case studies, industry benchmarks, and customer outcome content.

Executive Influence

  • Present value analyses to customer executives, procurement leaders, and financial stakeholders.
  • Advise Doppel leadership (CRO, CEO, Product) on trends in value drivers, customer economics, and ROI patterns emerging from the field.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 3–6 years of experience in management consulting, sales strategy, value engineering/business value, financial analysis, solutions consulting, or similar roles.
  • Loves to travel 60-70% of the time - this is an in person customer facing role.
  • Strong financial modeling skills (ROI, TCO, payback calculations).
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling business narratives.
  • Comfortable working directly with customers and presenting to executives.
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to work cross-functionally with Sales, SE, Product, and Marketing.
    High attention to detail, structured thinking, and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or adjacent enterprise SaaS markets.
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise deal cycles or value-based selling motions.
  • Familiarity with threat intelligence, brand protection, or digital risk monitoring solutions.

The salary range for this role is an on-target earnings (OTE) range of $160,000-$175,000.
