People Operations Manager
The Role

You’ll own a mix of HR operations, employee experience, and New York office management. Think of this role as part culture-builder, part systems-keeper, part “make everything run better” problem solver.

What You’ll Do

Keep employee data and documentation accurate across Rippling and other systems.

Draft and manage HR docs like offer letters, onboarding materials, and employee changes.

Own onboarding and offboarding logistics and help employees with HR-related questions.

Support compliance workflows, reporting, and performance programs.

Serve as the point of contact for our NYC office; manage supplies, vendors, and workspace needs.

Help plan companywide and NYC events, team gatherings, and celebrations.

Support engagement initiatives, internal communications, and HR process improvements.

Partner with Finance, IT, and Legal on people workflows and compliance tasks.
What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Clear, empathetic communication skills and sound judgment.

Comfort handling sensitive information and working independently.

Experience in HR or People Operations with a solid understanding of core HR fundamentals.

Experience with HRIS systems; Rippling experience is a plus.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and multitask in a fast-moving environment.
